John Cena weighs in on Dwayne Johnson vs. Vin Diesel feud

“You have two very alpha and motivated people. If you get two, there can only be one.” That is John CenaThe theory about The fast and the furious Feud aka the 2016 Candy Ass Controversy aka Dwayne The Rock Johnson against Vin Diesel. This is common knowledge: no one can surpass an alpha, so two True Alphas are destined to keep trying to dominate the other without success until the moon explodes (isn’t that the plot of one of the Fast films?)

Talking about the Armchair expert podcast (via People), Cena acknowledged that “there are certainly rumors about” Johnson and Diesel being “a difficult couple.” “Rumors” is a circumspect way of saying publicly talked a lot of shit and have overshadowed each other over the past decade. Johnson started CandyAssGate by calling a anonymous Fast sweet ass co-star. That co-star obviously turned out to be diesel, and the two ended up engaged in a kind of war of words through social networks and the press. It culminated when Diesel urged Johnson to return to the franchiseJohnson flatly refuses (and accuses Diesel of being a male manipulator), and then actually coming back for X fast.

The fact is that, after the great black adam Failure and a failed attempt to take the reins of the DC Universe, Johnson apparently saw the need to get back to basics.
